Fortune Eco-Condos. April 19, 2011

We recently received news from the Ville de Montreal that our building permit is ready to be issued.  We are now hard at work lining up contractors to start excavation, foundation and framing.

The design of the project has evolved throughout the process with the City’s urban planning department.  The final design is even better than the original one.

This project will feature three LEED-certified Eco-Condos:  The first floor unit will also include the basement, offering a 1,985 square foot two bedroom condo on two levels, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a yard out back.  The second floor unit offers 1,390 square feet of living space with three bedrooms – two bedrooms and a bathroom on the main level and a master bedroom suite with private terrasse on an upper level.  The third floor unit offers 1,200 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The master bedroom suite is on a mezzanine level, offering a two-storey living space.  Off the mezzanine level are two decks, front and rear, and a green roof.  Spectacular views of downtown.

Rue Fortune Project

This project involves the design and construction of three Contemporary Condos on a vacant lot on Fortune Street in Point St. Charles.  The building will be built up against a three-storey triplex on one side and a single-storey garage on the other side.
