This neglected property was built in the 1930’s with a retail space on the main floor and a two-storey apartment above. Original photos from the early days show a bustling épicerie. In later years the store became a butcher shop and lastly, a dépanneur. The dépanneur closed many years ago, and the property fell into a state of neglect and disrepair.

We have recently completed the transformation of this heritage property into three modern eco-condos. First, we built a three storey addition at the back of the building. Then, we tied the old areas into the new addition with open spaces and contemporary flair.
The transformed building offers a blend of old-world charm with modern conveniences and eco-friendly features. There is a large storage locker in the basement for each of the three units. The lower unit includes a parking space, a second parking space is available to the second or third floor unit (on a first-come, first-serve basis).
